Baby left in front of Bangkok house

BANGKOK: -- A baby was found abandoned in front of a house in Bangkok’s Phayathai district early Monday morning.

Yannaphat Na-Mahachai, a rescuer with the Ruam Katanyu Foundation, said he was alerted by residents of soi Phetchaburi 12 at about 1.30am that the baby boy was found on a table in front of a house. 

 

Residents were alerted to the baby’s presence by his crying.

 

The baby was taken to the Children’s Hospital to be examined.
