Gas cook top repair: where in Pattaya?

Featured Replies

I have a two burner Techno+ gas cook top.

I suspect one burner has a thermocouple problem, as the burner will not remain lit. The other burner is fine.

I'm travelling from Isaan to Pattaya soon and was thinking of bringing the cook top to Pattaya for repairs, if there is a Techno+ agent.

Anyone know of a gas top thermocouple repair place?

Ask on the DIY subforum. Someone may be able to help you repair it yourself.

Have you looked on You tube for repair suggestions?

Hi, I'm pretty sure it's the thermocouple, but I don't have the special screwdriver to get the front cover off.
Even if I get the thermocouple out, I'll have to do a 200 odd km trip to see if anyone can fix it in a regional centre.

So thinking they could have one in Pattaya, and definitely in Banggers, I decided to take the cook top with us on the trip.
Thanks anyway.

Found a place just down Teprasit road about 100 m from the road to the beach corner. Shophouse gas place.

Seemed to know what I was talking about when I mentioned thermocouples.

Not sure about the price though.....B 800 thought it could have been cheaper....but unsure. All fixed.
