Condo's with Fiber internet Pattaya or Jomtien?

There are a lot of condo's in Pattaya or Jomtien that are under 10k Baht a month, Can anybody give me a name of condo's with fiber to these condo's? Thanks.

I know that some single apartments (35 sqm and small balcony) in the Atlantis Condo Resort (Jomtien) go for THB 10k a month on an annual lease arranged privately without agents and they have two fibre optic suppliers (Kirz & AIS(by far the better choice)). Water, electric and cable TV are on top of rent.

As far as know VT 1 do not have fibre option.

If i am wrong, what provider?
