    Since I never need an agent in dealing with CM Imm. I never thought to ask the Irishman if he had used an agent to get his CoR. Maybe the OP can try to get the CoR himself and if that goes sideways walk across the street and ask the agency if they could get one for him.

    I renewed my 2 yr license in CM last week. I ran into an Irishman staying in a hostel while on a visa exemption. CM Imm. had given him a CoR and DLT was giving him his initial Thai license.

A likely explanation is that the thin-skinned Trumpists cannot help but defend their cult leader while many left leaning members have correctly assessed that posts by the Trumpists are just silly noise that is best ignored.

    I don't think personal trust accounts are possible in Thailand. Perhaps the closest you can come to that is a fixed term annuity with your GF's niece as the beneficiary. I'm not well informed on annuities so my suggestion should only be used as a basis for inquiry to a better source.

    If your US license(s) are still valid, DLT will issue you car and motorcycle licenses good for 2 years. Get a medical certificate (100-200฿) , copies of passport ID page, last extension stamp and a certificate of residence from Thai Imm. It takes 1-2 hours only. At renewal with the same documentation you'll get 5 year licenses. I think the DLT will charge you 750 ฿ for both licenses when issued and renewed.

    It's not really so complicated. Caloric intake has greatly increased and caloric expenditure has greatly decreased. Also a marked shift of calories from vegetables and fruit to meat, sugar and fats.

    Most modern tax regimes implement the self reporting method for some of the details about a taxpayer's income. Thailand will probably do the same. The TRD may choose to do a closer examination of certain tax filings based on income level, income source and other factors. If your tax filing raises some red flags you may need to provide the detailed documentation to substantiate your self assessment.

    Are you not using a browser to access these Thai sites? AFAIK, browsers that run on Apple are extremely compliant with the same standards for browsers that run on Windows. I also run only Apple... but in 8 years I never have yet found a Thai website that I cannot access using one of the three browsers (Brave,Chrome&Safari).
