  1. I use TP Omada and I like it. I have to admit I didn't try any alternatives.
  2. That is an important point. I remember reading a thread about WLAN problems some time ago. At the end the problem was that a guy had two WLAN stations both with the signal power turned up. After he turned the signal strength down all worked fine.
  3. Actually, I don't know the statistics. I know that once a lithium battery (together with the vehicle) is burning, it is basically impossible with conventional firefighting equipment to stop that fire. In many condominiums, including the one where I live, fire trucks won't be able to drive into the building. So, fire fighters would have to enter on foot or maybe in small vehicles and try to work on such a fire. That is a real hassle. And at least in my condominium such a fire would block any vehicles getting in or out which have to pass the floor with the burning vehicle. That's bad. Summary, at least for me: No battery EVs - no problem with battery EVs. If people want to use them in their own house or areas which are designed for that, fine. In unsuitable areas they should not exist.
  4. If my condominium committee would ever bring this up, I would vote against it. We don't need a big fire risk in a car park area which was never designed for access to fire fighting vehicles.
  5. With special antennae that is no problem at all. There are a couple of YouTube videos about that.
  6. If that is what you like, then do that. I think the good thing about the above is that they can be used together with ordinary light switches and often without changing any wiring. That makes them easy to install and ordinary people can use the light switches like they always did, and they don't even know that there is some additional think behind it. Because it seems many people are annoyed if everything is only remote controlled and they don't even have any ordinary switches anymore.
  7. I suggest use something like this, they have several models. Shelly 1 Gen3 - All products - Shop - Shelly You can keep your original wall switches and they will work just like before. And additionally you can control the light remotely and/or with automation.
  8. I think he was in jail for a few hours. But maybe that was just the reception hall.
  9. 350g Australian Ribeye sound good. But well done? Really?
  10. I use TP-LINK (EAP245) and they are pretty good. But 50m is a long way...
  11. - roast beef - salami - salmon - tuna - peanut butter - jam - Nutella
  12. That should read: A lawyer is excited to tell the people that there is hope that the lackeys of Thaksin will be impeached and removed. Obviously, we don't know if it will happen, but even the fact that it would happen is something to celebrate. Next, lock up that convicted criminal again.
  13. Maybe find one online and then try to lookup the shop. For some shops that is easy. They you can go there or let them deliver it with a motorcycle within an hour or so.
  14. Ok, I understand. I think the problem with many large companies is that they need many people in the shops. And they hire lots of people who are cheap, incompetent and not motivated. Maybe try this shop. This is where all my sanitary items came from, but I have to admit I never was in the shop because I had someone who did that for me. As far as I know they have lots of good products and good prices. Clinic Sukkapan (Saniware Clinic) | Bangkok TH | Renovation Specialist
  15. It is amazing that vehicles like that are allowed at all. I understand when vehicles which are used to transport people or goods have ads. But it seems these ad-vehicles only have the purpose to show ads and clock up the traffic. Just ban them and enforce that rule. Yeah, I know, just dreaming.
  16. So, what is it that you like or don't like about HomePro? What would you like to have better in another shop?
  17. I just checked the HomePro website. They have faucets from 95B up to more than 38,000B. I think it's good to go there in person because they have a large selection, and many HomePro shops in Bangkok. You can also easily buy faucets online. Just enter the model number in Google and likely a couple of shops will come up.
  18. The bad news is that the place with the bakery products has no good coffee. And the place with the great espresso (4 shots) has a very limited bakery selection. The good news is that they are only 5min away from each other.
  19. I wrote: Summary: A little bit dirty outside does not matter. A lot dirty outside matters. Indoor even a little dirty is problematic, because we breath the dirty air.
  20. Do you clean the radiator and radiator fan in your car? Probably not. And probably it is dirty. But does it matter if the radiator fan or the outdoor AC fans are dirty? Not really, as long as the air still flows through it and the heat exchange works. Dirt and dust in the indoor units are a much bigger problem. Because with a dirty indoor fan you will have dirty air which you breath. That is the big difference.
  21. Did someone whisper into her ear(s): Mention the size of Trump's crowd?
  22. That means a little current which does not flow from L to N but from L to earth (the wire or anywhere else) will trigger this thing. I had this problem once with a brand-new toaster. It seems a few breadcrumbs inside create a short and that triggered the RCCB. You can check if everything is clean. And obviously you can remove each device and look if it makes a difference. But obviously that does not solve this problem within a couple of minutes. Maybe @Crossy has a how-to procedure what to do.
