    My guess/inference is that the IO can 'see' your TM30 "status"/details in their system. I did not include my TM30 PDF document in my doc set during my recent ext stay renewal. It was not asked for.

    Not in my experience. For the last three years, or since the new online system was introduced, I have completed my 'first' 90-day report on-line after my annual renewal of my extension of stay. My office is CW.

    In most news articles announcing appointments to the Council of State the words "under the Royal Command" are included along with a reference to publication of appointments in the Royal Gazzette. Per the Constitution, the King is the "head of state". The most recent were Wissanu Krea-ngam and Arkhom Termpittayapaisith. Wissanu is the defacto head legal man in Thailand.

    SIM needs to be activated in the U.S. So must of us have it mailed to a family/friend for activation and onward remaining to us in Thailand. Once you have a U.S. mobile number you can register for GoogleVoice.

    At 1 baht/minute I'm not sure you can do better? OK, Google Voice is free, and people in the U.S. can call you. And you can receive OTP SMSes.

    What day did you return? How were you informed? Verbally? Or were you given a "Receipt of Notification" with a "Next Report Date" of Dec. 28, 2024?

    Old habits die hard, and the fact that there is now a "law" in a country where "laws" are selectively and randomly "enforced" means little to those being "disciplined". File this one with the "law passed to eliminate seasonal burning". "Have you stopped beating your children?"

    AFAIK pork is part of the basket of 51 items that are "price controlled by the government", as they have been for a few years, via the Price of Goods and Services Act of 1999 and managed by the Central Committee on the Price of Goods and Services. This was extended through to June 2025, as of June of this year.

    I think Chamchuri Square Imm only does 90-day reports for BOI people/companies. You'll have to go to Chaengwatthana. Consider making an appointment; there are some slots available on January 2 & 3 - you can file up to 7 days "late" (in person).
