    MF was never going to get the PM seat. If they believed they were they were very naive. They showed great weakness when they gave up the House speakership. That was the most they could have expected to achieve at this point.

    My bank, SCB, automatically sets debit cards to reject international payments. But you can go in the bank APP and change that setting to allow it.

    I went to my bank, SCB, several months ago to have them do the face scan thing. After they scurried around for about 30 minutes and contacting the main branch they told me I would get an SMS from them the next day. The SMS came and said that my application to be exempt from the requirement had been accepted. I never told them I wanted to be exempt from it. I would have rather had the additional security.

    KTB does not pay interest to USA citizens. They don't want to deal with all the reporting requirements. I don't have that problem with SCB.

    I had been taking 1000mg of Metformin a day for years and my A1C was in the 6.2 range. I started doing intermittent fasting along with reducing carbs and sugar in my diet. Not a strict keto diet. Stopped eating bread, rice, potatoes. But occasionally eat very small amounts of rice or some noodles. I also stopped taking any medications. My A1C is now 5.4 and cholesterol levels are normal.

    Most offices you can do it up to 30 days before the expiration. You can do it the day before it expires if you want to. Most people like to do it earlier in case there is some problem.
