  1. Boarding pass should be shown on arrival at airport to Thai immigration. Other than that it's not required. Obviously apart from baggage claim.
  2. You need to give more detail. You mention extending your visa. Visa cannot be extended. You have a current permission of stay. What is that? A visa exempt entry or a tourist visa that granted 60 day permit or and extension from a non O or...? Why did you leave it so late. In any event you need to clarify. There is no such thing as a 7 day extension. You would make an application for some sort of extension and when rejected be given 7 days to exit Thailand. You don't need to do that. Just exit prior to your current permitted date.
  3. Sorry. You do not know what you are talking about.. I specifically mentioned a ME No O visa valid for one year. Many folk obtain these at eg Savannakhet. They remain valid after divorce till the date of expiry. You are confused with what occurs after divorce if someone is on annual extensions from a non O based on marriage.
  4. I'm addition a ME Non O visa valid for one year is still valid after divorce.
  5. Most ridiculous post so far. The OP has a METV. Read up the legality of this option. He was asking about border run options.
  6. You need to narrow the inquiry. There are plenty of companies that include fly+hotels etc even AirAsia. Simple Google search lists plenty As for day and half day tours from PP to for example Killing Fields...there are travel agents on every corner of PP. If purpose of trip is to obtain a new tourist visa there are better options. Saigon being one.
  7. TM6 required at land border crossings not at airports. The tm6 # etc will not be required by Thai immigration for such things as extensions etc.
  8. I guess it's also about how the bank accounts are used. In my case with an FD account 600k + and a dedicated savings account (only used for immigration) with balance always 200k + it's a very easy process for the io. If however totals for each account has to be cross checked and perhaps allowing the total funds to reduce to 400k etc its bit of a pain.
  9. Well that's a personal choice re which country. Both are extremely different imo. However keep in mind that a border bounce is very different to getting to places of interest
  10. It is also 30 days. You are concentrating on wrong things. The biggest difference to border run to Laos vs Cambodia is your current location and transport preference. By way of example ...I live Bangkok and would do flight to Udon Thani and short hop to friendship bridge Nong Khai. Others perhaps long minivan to Cambodia. Not difficult to choose what best suits you.
  11. Are you crazy. Ridiculous. The owner tells you it's unavailable and you dig your heels in Have you traveled previously as a tourist.
  12. You can report up to 15days early. In any event just use your existing (soon to be previous ) address
  13. Post in local forum Pattaya
  14. That's is for your address. Just happens you live at her place. If you applied for extension retirement and rented condo etc they may ask for rental contract or TM30 or whatever. The married bit is side issue.
  15. You keep bringing this up. From memory you were rejected at Cambodian land border and advised to try at another. Then returned to same land border some weeks later with overstay. Your experience is not typical. Also from memory you did not use border run company. The guy you quoted specifically mentioned Laos. He won't have an issue.
  16. Use land border if have extensive visa exempt entries.
  17. You may have not required the TM30 however that is not the law relating to TM30. Anytime that you enter the country if by new visa or visa exempt you should file a new TM30. If no intention or need to deal with immigration then you could avoid filing one. The OP intention is to apply for extension. The OP will attend immigration and the io will see visa exempt entry and should ask the OP for a TM30 made after date of last entry.
  18. Yes you need make new TM30. Unless you reenter on existing visa or reentry permit. Also you may/will need to provide copy of TM30 filing for your 30 day extension.
