They scan the bar codes on the product so not so easy to over charge a customer. Prices change on product a a routine basis.. They also have to validate their drawer cash with receipts at shift changes so I think this may be something you're mistaken on.

There are DTA's that are in place that prevent automatic taxation on certain categories of money. The Thai government cant get past those just on a whim and I would be shocked if they tried by ignoring them and just taxing on what comes into the country. If it came down to your scenario then maybe you would be better to leave and go elsewhere

It works to verify your meeting permission to stay in certain categories because its set figures and doesnt very country to country but outside that it doesn't prove you owed or paid taxes. There is absolutely no connection between Revenue and Imm offices. The amount of regs that will have to be written and passed for it is tremendous on tge tax side with all tge DTA's involved. Its a lot more complicated than your post as the are a variety of "income" streams that may or may not be as cut and dry as you write. Every countries DTA is different and so is how each country treats those moneys. Then there's the paperwork on transferring money into the country and where did the money come from as far as qualifying or not to be taxed. Then did you already pay tax so is any more tax owed . Thats just on the TRD side. Sure if all that's figured out you could be issued a cert of some sort but I wouldn't hold my breath. So your simple connect the dots would be great but doesn't work quite like you imply. Imm is also not connected in any way to Revenue Depart so then you have to build infrastructure to accomodate that connection. Your thinking is far to simplistic for what is an enormous integration on tge tax scheme that MAY happen on the tax side.

And how exactly do you think they will create a flow chart of all the different countries with all the individual DTA's that would be comprehendable to immigration which has no connection to the Revenue Department? They can't even connect the dots on traffic ticket payments\avoidance or come up with a easy to follow preemptive overstay alert on exits from the country. Well generally reporting income in the country earned is expected unless you have an exception that's valid. Avoiding taxes anywhere they are owed can come with some very unpleasant results. I don't know that I would be relying on a Serbian friend to give tax advice on other countries if they are qualified in tax law. Make yourself knowledgeable first then decide what to do

I clear gave a valid reply if you can read and comprehend English. Many business are starting to charge the user a 3 to 5 % fee if you use a credit card. Is that simple enough. Pretty biased outline. Easy to leave out many of these initiatives were started under Trump or needed to be corrected or acted on.
