  1. Dog has been pigging out, as daughter is here, and overfeeding her, the dog. Pork tenderloin last night, Salmon & eggs this morning ... ... off to the park, to walk it off 🙄
  2. Actually easy enough to do yourself. I notice many sites selling the battery, add the tools as a package item. I've replaced a few of them on Google products (Nexus).
  3. I thought that / tears, was intentional, since having one of those POS Nokias of tears past. Dam thing wasn't cheap either. One of the few buyer regrets here.
  4. Obviously someone isn't a Pesto fan ,, Egg noodles, shrimp, mussels, onions w/grated parmesan (after photo taken) ... what's not to like. Damn tasty
  5. Another repeat "Dreamer"
  6. Wife's lemon trees are producing nicely, for being little trees. Picking a couple every day now, and now normal size, or larger. Passion fruit and my Figs are starting to produce again 👍 Hopefully the cherry tomatoes produce more, so we can stop buying, as we go through a lot of them. No luck with the red/green peppers, and damn expensive at the store, along with being crap. Makro won't sell the loose now, and prepackaged ones are all soft already. Can't eat 4 of them that fast, unless roasting them, and still don't want them.
  7. MG's carrier, I guess V, was in the 20+k range after the 1st year's free coverage, to renew the ZS. Wife's cousin, independent ins broker, who we always used for the ICEVs, was 22k, and Roojai was 9.4k, I think, so yea, went with them. Renewed again with them (Oct), at 13.4k, as everyone else was in the 20+k range. I think Roojai realized how underpriced they were the previous year. Or just following the trend of overcharging BEV owners 🙄 Give them, Roojai a chance to recoup some of that money for our oops (235k ?), that they did an excellent job handling, along with MG's repair & body shop, here locally. Our local dealer is apparently this region's body repair shop, as the oops was at Hua Hin. We're 100 kms south of HH. 👍👍 for for Roojai customer claim service.
  8. Obviously someone isn't a Pesto fan ,, Egg noodles, shrimp, mussels, onions w/grated parmesan (after photo taken) ... what's not to like. Damn tasty
  9. Another CheeseCake ... tall this time. Must be the holidays, well, that's my story and I'm sticking to it With that ... EggNog next 😎
  10. Everything that I eat, with a side of dog food. Includes all the stuff Vets, MSM and all the ignorant people state will kill her. My last 2 dogs never ate dog food. One living 18 ish yrs. The other had an oops with a truck ... truck won 🙄 Had one of my usual porch gatherings, and put a plate down for the dog, and one guest is like ... "Damn, your dog eats better than me" All the food groups; roast beef, taters, green beans
  11. Here's some more MSM BS headliners for people to push "Seed Oils cause Cancer"
  12. Just watched his 'Reversing diabetes' vid as a litmus test of his thinking, and agree 100%, almost on his thoughts. Good stuff 👍 All you folks on the high end of #s, pre diabetic or even diabetic already, need to watch that one. The folks I watch (list above) are all in about the same mindset +/-. The info is there, and really takes no effort to follow ... UP2U Stop believing the BS, big pharma spin of medication for everything. Simply stop creating the symptoms, instead of treating them. It really isn't rocket science.
  13. I watch these 5 YT'ers, and learned a good bit of balanced advice. Results are exactly as they explained. Good stuff, and no hard sales pitch BS 👍 KenDBerryMD Nutrition Made Simple! Dr Brad Stanfield Dr. Eric Westman Insulin Resistant 1
  14. Trying to avoid all that, and why I cut most sugars & carbs, out of my diet. Was always on the top end of normal, after 40+ yrs old, and eating 'FDA Healthy', and now realize their version is the opposite of what is healthy. Under 40 yrs old, not a problem, as everything gets burned of, and body (liver & kidneys) can handle most everything. 40+ ... not so easy on the body. Now all normal or the low end of normal, for the unhealthy #s. 70, and hoping to squeeze out 10 more years of no issues & healthy lifestyle.
  15. Been there, did that, bought the hat, as don't do t-shirts. 45 yrs was long enough, and saw most everything I wanted to. To continue living there, I'd still have to earn income, and I'm way too lazy for that. 25 yrs working, or having a schedule was more than enough for me. Now it's all me time ... Chillin' time 😎
  16. Purchased from iHerb. Also available on LAZ, but like ordering from iHerb, so no fakes, hopefully. Citrate version of the three types, is easiest digested, least expensive, though some folks have problem with diarrheic, which may be a plus, for those suffering from constipation. Myself, didn't notice anything in that area. It really helps you sleep, or did for me. Sleep straight through, 6 - 8 hrs, now, when before, was more like 6 hrs or less, with waking to P, halfway through. I take with last meal/dinner, 5 ish PM.
  17. 'A Xmas Story' ... if never seen
  18. Just like everyone else ... ... unless some people are dump enough to believe there was no inflation in the USA a few years since 2000. -0- inflation = 0 COLA adjustment on USA Social Security (retirement payments), for 2009, 2010 & 2015
  19. Too many times, though much better that 6 - 12 months ago. I do drink a lot of water, and prostate is a bit enlarged. Have noticed, my change in diet seems to have help a bit. Again, Keto ish & very low carbs/sugar. Only real change. Think main difference is Magnesium supplement, and since taking, no longer wake up to P at night after falling asleep. A major change, along with, seem to have a lot more volume, and P less times a day, or urge to. Kind of gives me the feeling, the prostate may have shrunk back a bit. All pluses compared to about a year ago, and all blood work good, and better than a year or so ago. Seem to have gotten healthy the past 2 ish years, and possibly simply because paying attention to diet more. In which case, way too easy. as little to no real effort involve.
  20. Y'all might want to take a peek at this ... link At least now, they are actually acknowledging, vax spike proteins are a problem.
  21. Nope, surprisingly. Only checkpoint we stopped at, was on some really small back road, along Phetchaburi costal road, and not even the main rd. Like they had nothing better to do. Bizarre, and had hand held thermometer gun, pointed at forehead, then waved on 🙄. Looked like a bunch of old ladies from a PTA in brown uniforms. And we literally drove around the whole country a few times. First week, April 2020 ?, read hwy 4 was closed except for mandatory travel. So we did a tester, down along the coast, real nice day out, crossed over into Chumphon, the came back up from Chumphon to Pkk, as figured they couldn't stop us from going home. Not one check point. With that we packed ... and gone. Had a rotation, 2 weeks on road, a week home, then repeat. Only came back, as house #3 was being built, and that took 18 months 🙄
  22. Lucked out also, as 1st house was built when āļŋ40/$1, so only cost $20k USD. Even better when I sold it, exchange rate was āļŋ29 ?/$1 and paid for in USA, US bank to US bank, so sold for $46k. That profit paid for the land (6 rai) & 2nd house. That sold, land appreciated silly to silly high priced, and paid for house, solar, BEVs we have now TH has been very good to us. THB has been stable now for past 15 ish year, @ āļŋ33+/- to $1 USD, with some nice highs the past couple years, 35-36-37 👍 Just hoping it stays where it is, till Trump is done.
