Report Staggering 80% of Thai Army Conscripts Battling Drug Addiction
KhunLA replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
My daughter drank a bit too much alcohol, once, like 15/16 yrs old, and her friend called me and said, I might want to come get her That one time was enough, and she doesn't drink alcohol at all. Also saw how it affected her uncles, other members of birth family and village families / relationships. Thankfully she learned early and something I didn't have to worry about when she went to Uni. Other Uni students, with new found freedom and influences, chose poorly, and did lots of alcohol & drugs. Her circle of friends were more into learning and making money. All paid off for them. Even had a band and she use to sing on the weekends at night market. Little entrepreneurs before even leaving Uni. -
It's the potato, sugar spike, dopamine spike, quickly wears off, the 'crash', and like a junkie, your brain tells you need more.

Eat more, till you body tells you, enough already. Carbs / sugar are addicting, and the release of dopamine while eating keeps you eating. Why they add sugar & salt to junk food. I seem to fill up quickly with fats & protein. Carbs, example, pasta, potatoes (fries), chips/crisps, Doritos, bakery/pastries, and all things high in sugar and or added sugar, and why so hard to stop, with a supposed recommended, silly small, 'serving size'. I used to each a whole tube of Pringles while watching torrents ... ... "A serving size of Pringles typically contains about 15 crisps, which equates to 28 gram" ... That's 4 servings in the 110gr tube ...

All Vaccines Will Kill You - The evidence is overwhelming

Also been making kefir milk for a while now. Added water kefir to the kefir regiment, and actually prefer it. Almost the only water I drink now, and supposedly more beneficial than milk kefir, and easier. Keep a steady rotation of first (foreground bottles) and 2nd fermentation (taller bottles). -

Remember 'Reefer Madness' being shown in HS, social development class, as a documentary. Even the teacher got a laugh out of it. Apparently force curriculum, as all us pot heads quite enjoy the chuckle. Trying to pass that off as some type of documentary. Sad, as then the warnings about harder drugs: alcohol, meth & heroin, are ignored, since lied about one, why believe anything else they state. Especially alcohol, as the entry drug to all the rest among my friends & peers. Luckily my parents were stone Alkys, and seeing the negative effects on their lives, overflowing to mine, sort of showed me, that's one drug to avoid. Only a weekend warrior, which diminished to a monthly warrior as I got older. To no real interest at all now. -
berries are very nutritious, and low on the GI. Not a fan of the fresh here, especially the strawberries. Taste wise or pricing. Fresh berries turn too fast. Fz strawberries @ Makro are only ฿99 / kg Eat plenty of fresh local fruit, when in season. Some not pairing well with corn flakes 🙄

I eat a lite snack, every night, at about 8 pm. Consist of about 35 gr corn flakes (mostly non dietary fiber), 75 gr of blueberries, 100ml of whole milk. That fills the void, till I fall asleep around midnight +/-, till black coffee when I wake, then first meal of eggs (protein & fat) around noon. Followed by a walk in the park or surfside. Afterwards, I eat whatever and whenever I want, till about 6 pm, usually before 5 pm. If I don't eat that lite snack at 8 pm, then it's hard not to snack on something before midnight, that will screw up my overnight intermittent fast.

7-Eleven No Longer Gives Receipts - What Happened?
KhunLA replied to SeaMike01's topic in General Topics
They usually ask (in Thai) 'do you have a member card' ... if you don't understand what they said, before they start to ring you up, simply say 'no or mai' ... as I do, and they always issue me a receipt. They also give me the little 'one baht coupons' to use in the future for a discount. At least fake like you understand what they say, use 'mai krup' instead of 'no' when asked. Then they'll treat you like a Thai or long term expat, instead of an idiot tourist, with that blank expression and no reply to a simple question. Unless I suspect a discrepancy, it gets filed in the bin, just outside the door. -
Report Deadly Sandfly Disease Sparks Health Warning in Thailand

I don't trust organizations the have millions, if not billions of $$$ given to them, that ignore alternative treatments vs expensive big pharma recommendations. Just a little common sense, and yes, due diligence on one's own research, before subjecting yourself to vaccines, drugs, approved or experimental that have known side effects. Money corrupts ... remember, these are some of the same folks, that stated 'safe & effective', 'masks work' & 'men can be women' -
They do get a bit silly at times. I've got hundreds of underwater photos, and didn't damage or touch any coral. If wanting to get a very low photo, easy to avoid standing on anything, simply invert yourself, as I've done that many times when there wasn't any sand to stand, kneel or lay on. I don't touch anything down there, as it may kill you. Especially these guys .. You should even wear hard bottom water shoes when at the beach. As you don't want to get poked by a Cone Snail. Rare, but some can be found in shallow beach waters.

Or infants & children. Especially when those under the age of 50, have low risk of death when infected with covid. Actually, everyone has a low risk of death, after infected with covid. Covid deaths by age (USA) https://www.statista.com/statistics/1191568/reported-deaths-from-covid-by-age-us/ -

Treating a disease after infection, is a bit different than subjecting yourself to a vaccine that may or may not work. Or worse, have a higher risk to cause health issues, including death, than they supposedly are taken to prevent said disease, that your immune system more likely will fight on it's own. Rabies prophylaxis after infection is a proven treatment, unlike so many other vaccines. More Apples & Oranges comparisons. As already stated, you're deflecting. Note the rabies vaccine / prophylaxis, is not on the list in the OP. -
One really does have to question the intelligence of anyone, using the labels of 'nazi, fascist, dictator' towards anyone in the USA. Really does only show their ignorance and prejudice of certain people, and simply a projection of their mental illness. You can't fix stupid

In TH, they may have to order, but it is available. In pill form, for humans. Below a conversation I had with wife, while at the pharmacy. 'pet' is a typo, should read 'per' And that's a photo of my dog, as background, and has nothing to do with content of the conversation. And the top part of conversation is my calculation on dosage, grams per kilo of lean body weight. -
to the title ... No, since having no respect for religions, especially the Catholic religions. In USA, they shouldn't be tax exempt, as nothing more than a business, and should be taxed as such.

@Puccini I wouldn't trust anything the CDC states anymore. They don't seem to recommend any inexpensive treatments, just high end big pharma drugs ... IMHO Ivermectin apparently can be used, certainly wouldn't hurt to try it. CDC doesn't recommend eye drops, Pirenoxine, to treat cataracts, and is actually banned for use in USA for humans. But no problem for you pets. Can't let the docs lose that income for cataract surgery. Lost profits. I'm using for my cataract, and seems to be working, stopping the progression. @johng probably only if in USA, would you need to go to vet to get it. If in TH, it's available at pharmacy, at least at our local one, and this is a small town. @Patong2021 Ivermectin kills quite a few different parasites ... Scratch any peace agreement now as Z is delusional. Trump tried ... Europe, you're on your own. Careful what you wished, not you have. Hopefully Trump will pull all US military out of Europe, and leave NATO. -
