    I don't find the traffic that bad - some people scream when they are stopped at a red light... Same with burning season - it mostly doesn't bother me much - but it is from end of Feb until mid April - Parking, now that is a problem. If you are coming by car just park at your hotel and take songthaews or Grab taxi... Enjoy.

    Follow the advice above - I would notify the landlord - - and you can't fault him for wanting to upgrade a property that you say you are renting below market...

    many and maybe most often, people call me Khun - - but mister is not offensive - it seems like an attempt to be polite in my language. I don't like when pushy tailors call me "boss" when I walk past their stores.

    We have Japanese potatoes here - - they have a reddish-purple tint to them and a consistency that has a near radish element to it... they are more expensive too but supposed to have health positives.
