"Falling In Love." What's that really mean? What it really is is a biological imperative wired into the human hormonal system that attempts to guarantee human propagation. Thailand will never decrease road accidents as long as their only enforcement happens at road blocks or after an accident has already occurred. Thailand has NO proactive enforcement.
