    Skype to UK landline is 2.3¢ per minute and to mobile 10¢ per minute or about 2p and 8p.

    Make a print out of the certificate. I flew Hat Yai - Bangkok and back a week ago and they had no system to scan the QR code on the Health Pass they wanted to see the certificate. Note that I didn't receive a paper one from the hospital, just the QR code from Mor Prom which takes you to the certificate, this is what I printed out and it was accepted at check-in no problem.

    I've banked with HSBC Singapore the last 20 years, having previously been with Lloyds I can assure you HSBC are certainly not the worst bank ever.

    I've usually found the accents of the Mumbai call centres easier to understand than the favoured UK sites of call centre, namely Newcastle, Glasgow and Belfast. If your needing to make calls to the UK then use Skype and Skype Out, it's an awful lot cheaper than a mobile call.

    No one is going to open on the chance we might get some tourists. In Hat Yai there are many places that just aren't going to open, not until they have new owners. We have hotels that initially closed, but have now been stripped of all fittings and the building up for sale. Ditto shops, restaurants and bars. The city can't just flip a switch and it's all nice and ready for tourists.
