Is there any information on the proposed shopping behind Anusarn Market on the Ping River?

I never heard of that, but I hope they don't go ahead with it. It's tough enough for the stall holders trying to make a living without another unwanted shopping mall right behind them.

C M needs a few decent parks, not another mall selling identical overpriced junk as every other mall to an ever dwindling pool of consumers.

Behind Anusarn Market would be the old Thai house, which I believe belongs to "Chang Beer" as does the Anusarn Market. Very much doubt they would get away with razing the Thai house, thank goodness. It was only a few months ago they were caught trying to "extend their banks" by filling in the Ping River

Maybe a "stall market" at the Thai house or something, there is work ongoing there.

Whatever is going on, they are not demolishing the old house.  There is a lot of work going on at the site with new buildings that could well be for yet more retail units.
