Advertising a bar or restaurant for sale

Featured Replies

Anybody have any tips about how to do this, where to list it?  Very successful, great opportunity.

If it's very successful then put a sign outside advertising it for sale. The chances are someone who knows about its success will either buy it or recommend it to a friend.

Not very often do I see a successful bar for sale....this has gotta be a goldmine!

A great opportunity as well....surprise surprise.

Sorry if I sound a bit skeptical, it's a hard business to have in Chiang Mai.  Some (few) do well and a lot struggle.  However I wish you the best in your endeavours.

asian business brokers sold my restaurant few years ago .

talk to ken smith .

Try Baht & Sold, google it, put your add on there,Free or Paid,

have sold stuff successfully on there, pretty quick too, but not

a Bar,if you have proper set of books to prove its successful

as you say, might find a buyer.plus put on ThaiVisa classifieds.

I assume of course that it is definitely more than 300m from any part of any educational establishment or Temple.

Is it actually possible to be 300m from a temple.
