Selling my bike. As far as I know there is a form that needs to be filled in with my details and the buyers (Thai) details.

 

I then take completed form into the tax/drivers licence office. The buyer registers the bike in his name whenever he chooses.

 

Is this correct? If so, where can I get the relevant form.

You will need a residence letter from Thai Immigration to sell a bike or car that is registered in your name.

1. Copy of your passport with your signature. Visa page and passport page.

3. You give green book and warranty book to buyer.

4. Get two documents from transport department, put my signatures there, but did not fill forms, cause zero knowledge of Thai, let's buyer fill the form.
