I have had an SCB VISA card for years but it bothers me that I can't see transactions in real-time online. The statements are available online but I have to wait a month to see the transactions if there is a mistake or fraud it will be hard to correct. Unless I'm doing something wrong I see no way of viewing my SCB VISA transactions before the statement is released.

I could do this 2 decades ago with my Canadian bank. Can anyone recommend a Thai bank that can show real-time VISA transactions online? Maybe I'm paranoid but with all the fraud happening I would feel more comfortable being able to check credit card transaction without having to wait for a statement.

Thanks

Are you using it as a credit card (ie balance due and running interest charges if not paid monthly) or as a debit card (funds immediately debited from account balance) ?

Aply for SMS allert, you  get an SMS in real time for every transaction,  and the balannce. Kasikorn has it, so I presume every mayor bank in Thailand has it

I have credit cards from both Bangkok Bank and KBank linked to their Internet banking and both are able to show transactions with a one day delay, plus real-time SMS alert.

For SCB cards you can see it in SCBEasy internet banking. Just click on the card number and then select the Unbilled tab.

My SCB shows up around a day after I use the card, it doesn't show the whole month, only up to a week or of the lastest transactions. I could be wrong but thats how it is on the app, perhaps online its more than a week or two of transactions.

That's what I was looking for thanks zig. Normally I clicked "View" and it sent me to the statement.
