I will never fly them again, and am happy to say why in a private message.

 

I am posting here because I would prefer if no one else gets frustrated like me.

 

Even if it was free...for me NEVER.

I flew with them to Vietnam and back. Happily no issues at all.

 

Are you referring to VietJet or Thai VietJet?
