I have an old beat up motorbike and I wanna put a top box on it. I have seen the very nice boxes for 4000+ baht but it doesn't make sense to put such a nice thing on my old scooter.

 

Does anyone know where I can find used top boxes in Pattaya? Have looked on every website I can find, Facebook groups etc but I can't find anything.

How about a beer box and some bungee cords, 12 baht for the box 20-50 baht per bungee cord

You find new for less than 2000 in the corner Pattaya Tai/soi Kopai (soi 16).

Changrai saddle has new ones, cheapest 1,700 Baht.  You can order from them on their internet store (just google the name)  They ship via EMS, cheap.

Mine is pretty beat up.... it has been slightly in the way on narrow Pattaya streets when the delivery trucks squeeze past!

You could also try the auction site 'Chilindo'. You can buy a new one for under 500 THB, including service charge and delivery. Of course you will have to participate in the auction to get one.

Yeah I need the frame thing as well. It amazes me how bad people are at driving here. About a foot space on either side of them and they come to a dead stop, wait 20 seconds to think about it and then slowly drive forward. Every damn time.

Have been there today, with the mounting bracket they're about 3,500. The brackets cost 1,200 alone. They said they can put a extra break light on the box for 300 baht .

So you have never said what kind of bike.  Makes a huge difference if you need the mounting bracket also.

I checked the Changrai saddle web site and they list a Honda Nouvu tail rack at 900 Baht.  I think they misnamed it because I think Nouvu is Yamaha.
