CityNews – A baby girl who was found dumped in a rubbish bin was found by passers by is now safe under the supervision of medical staff at Lanna Hospital.

 

A baby girl was found in a rubbish bin on Suk Kasame Soi 12, Suthep Road, on October 8th. She was wearing a body strap and was exposed to the rain.
