Hi guys, for days i have been looking at all the well known sites that exist, went through all the listings, but for some reason i cant find a room that i like. 

it should be near the bts (10-15 minutes walking is ok) 

my gf studys at suan dusit uni and has an easy way to phay thai bts from there pretty much any bts can that is not too far would be a good location. 

It should have a pool , fitness not neccesary but a small + 

the rooms should be seperated in bedroom and livingroom. and im not sure if i want to live in a high tower building. 

i want to pay around 15k , my max is probably 20k , allthough i dont think its neccesary? i dont need much luxury.. 

last year i lived for 5500 in cheap small condo in nonthaburi .. but here in bkk everything seems to be so expensive now. 

any advice would be welcome..

You can't find any or you can't find any you like ? Big difference...if the latter...that's very subjective and hard to recommend. I know you can find many small condos within that price range.

There are plenty of apartment buildings which should match your need in the vicinity of Suan Dusit U, particularly, the subsois between Rangnaam and Si Ayuthaya and Phetchburi. Explore on foot. Not all buildings are listed.

As Big Bang mentions, you need boots on the ground and walk the streets around your preferred areas.

You'll be able to negotiate a condo down in price but not apartments.
