You obviously dont live here JustWeird or you would see these security vans taking sometimes up to 20 million to replenish the ATMs Notice they have removed the doors from the back making it so hard to get into. In 20 years here I have yet to see a "Brinks Type" security van..and by the way the brinks  do not have a key to the door--everything is controlled by the inside man--who stays with the van at all times

before you tell everyone their wrong....at least Try to Google..

What you have posted is a stock photo published by a company with no connection whatsoever to that bank making a claim that may be right or may be wrong about what that vehicle delivers.

I do live here and whether you have seen Brinks Thailand security vans or not is beside the point, Brinks has a large operation here and their security vans are common.

"...before you tell everyone their wrong [sic]....at least Try to Google.."
I'm not going to tell everyone that they're wrong but I am going to tell you that you are wrong in this case...you may like to try a bit harder when you Google.

This is clearly an inside job, a 2 man crew rather than 3 man is a big risk but one that bonus driven senior managers will take to secure operational cost saving.  These style of CIT vehicles have serious doors and locks, if there is no sign of violent intrusion then it was the 2 man crew who removed the 2 bags from the vehicle and handed them off to accomplices.  Who ever made the decision to reduce to a 2 man crew for this CIT operation, and leave a vehicle containing cash unmanned, created a perfect opportunity for the crew to steal.  If someone other than the crew took the bags from the unmanned truck why didn't they take all of them??.

The money trucks in the Philippines are similar but 6 to 10 attendants in the truck and escort vehicle.

The escort sets up an armed perimeter prior to the arrival of the money truck,  I watched the whole performance once and was asked to move on and not film.

Being an Aussie I told him to bugger off and continued to watch and film while he scowled at me, ha ha ha.

Only two bags gone - opportunist theft, I only have two hands - obviously they forgot/neglected to lock the door, but they aren't going to admit it, are they.

polygraphs   have come a long way in 2 years with micro tech .
