Can I take it that my new ATM card that has this on it

( see att' ) can be used outside Thailand?  eg Malaysia.

My old one couldn't. Bank was v busy and I forgot to check, just wanted finished and out ASAP.

Does it have a Visa or Mastercard logo on it ? If yes, I would venture a "yes" in at least some Malaysian ATM's.

Visa.

I'll get to the bank on monday and check. Just hoping to get the answer here to save a drive and long queue.
