It is just a way to say her silicone knockers are spectacular compared to most Thai women and Lady Boys. Silicone enhanced jugs really do look horrible after gravity takes over and those things look like inflated pancakes on her belly.

Many Thai models have E chins to make their faces appear longer.   

I know we are in Thailand but at 63mg she would have been under the limit in the UK. I personally feel the drink driving limits are ridiculous, but I'm not going to continue in that debate again.
