December 1, 20178 yr We played there yesterday morning ...first time for more than three years. What a change ... fairways and greens in great condition ... completely recovered from the flood damage and a few trees appear to have gone ...died I guess ... most of the bunkers had plenty of soft sand (which I found difficult!). Wife and I have just paid the two year maintenance fee of 500thb ...didn't have to pay any back fees. So have to play five times to break even with loss of interest on cost of the 'membership shares' which we have had for about ten years. They still cut the grass right down to the water ... they must make a bomb on 2nd hand golf balls. A few flowers around and it would be as very pretty course. They have even updated the restaurant. Neither of our caddies were impressive... so that hasn't changed unfortunately... It was quiet ...
