Making appointment at BKK Hospital CM via the Internet

Featured Replies

I use to be able to connect to the Bangkok Hospital CM web site and make appointments. Their site seems to have been revamped and the only working link takes you to Facebook.

Does anyone have a working link to the hospital's web site?  Or are they just broken?

Not surprised the Thais use Face book for everything

The website doesn't work for quite some time. You may phone them 052 089 888.

Thanks.  This says a lot about Thailand in general.  BKK Hospital  specifically.  They use to have a functioning web site.  I guess it's gone.  I have no idea what goes through the minds of the people in charge of these institutions.  Sad.

If you're local you can reach them via 1719 on a mobile phone.  I've found Bangkok Hospital-Chiang Mai to be very responsive about booking appointments via the phone, in English.  It's disappointing that their website does seem to have gone downhill.  As they've added doctors and changed hours for clinics, they haven't kept their website updated.

Most of the individual doctors are very willing to correspond via email also.  Not about booking appointments, but about medical issues.

I booked a consultation about 1 month ago with a surgeon via their FB site with no problems.
