A new Big C in a different location makes sense. The food court at Marina is a Central food court (Food Park). I wouldn't be surprised if Big C there becomes a new Tops supermarket.

June 5, 20187 yr Author Update: A beerbar complex has recently been demolished on Pattaya/Naklua Road, on the right hand side going up the hill from Dolphin Circus. This will be the site of the "new" Grand Sole hotel, according to a lady on the baht bus. Anyone else heard similar?

I heard from the owner of Jacks Bar.... one of the original bars on this site that it will be a hotel. Jacks has moved about 2 or 3 doors down and has undergone a renovation.
