Huge fire guts footwear factory in Samut Sakhon

A footwear factory in Samut Sakhon province was  completely gutted after a fire broke out on Sunday evening (Dec 17).

 

The fire at PPL Rubber and Footwear factory in Tambon Nadee of Samut Sakhon’s Muang district happened around 6.30pm but was put under control three hours later. No one was injured.

 

Initial damage to the factory building, machineries, rubber sheet and footwear products was estimated at around 60 million baht.
