Thai Samsung SmartTv TVPlus channel 101 the virus removal

Thai Samsung SmartTv TVPlus channel 101 "The Virus" removal

We have a Thai 2015 model Samsung Smart Tv (40 inch) and now every time we turn it on it defaults to some awful Korean channel with the Samsung TVPlus addon that if we select trash removes addon from Smart menu bar only to return next start up. The addon even calls itself  "The Virus Channel 101" what a name? I don't know how we got it there in first place, but whole family uses TV so who knows what they've been up to.

** Is this a virus (it seems like it) and how to remove once and for all please anyone? Rest of the TV works normal.

It seems Samsung has decided we all want to watch Korean TV on our Smart TV's?

Now when I turn the TV on TVPlus is first item on the menu, it cannot be removed and often Korean channels start streaming immediately?

I will not be buying another product from Samsung if this stuff is not sorted soon.

I have this Korean streaming also when ever I turn on the TV. Wow.. annoying is an understatement.

I cant seem to remove it either. The broadcasting tab is blacked out on mine.

Any suggestions would be appreciated greatly!

I went to the Thai web site for Samsung (translated in English I think with Google Chrome as its all in Thai) and asked support about our # model TV and how to get rid of the Korean TV on start up. They answered in English promptly and very helpfully which is how I solved it.
