I will be getting back home to the Pattaya area on Sunday the 23rd of Dec and now have to head back to work on the 1st of Jan.  So a limited time in which to renew my visa/extension of stay or whatever it is called today.  I have been trying to get on to the immigration website when I can, but it does not wish to load over our sloooow internet connection at work.

Does anyone know the days or dates when immigration will be closed in Jomtien between Christmas and new years?

Cheers

Thanks for the replies and assistance.

Now I just have to pick a day to join the queues.  Oh well is only once a year.

Go on Christmas day since many people will be thinking immigration is closed or they have plans for other things on that day.

I'm going for my 90 day report on Christmas day as tourists thinks it's closed.

It is not closed at all over the Christmas period (except the weekend). Immigration will be closed January 1st and 2nd.

Are you sure it is closed on the 2nd, as this is a regular working day or not?

If so, that would mean a total chaos on the 3rd..... as all those who have been out of the country and returned on 29th of Dec up to 2nd of Jan (which includes myself) would have to do their "I am back to my regular address" reports on that day. Queuing will start by 6 am ?

The cabinet made today a holiday last month which means you will not see it in red as a holiday on most calendars.
