Condominium with a library / "sky lounge"? Close to Maya

Hey everyone, my gf is coming to Chiang Mai, she wants me to find a condo with a communal "office room" that's available for tenants to do some work in quiet environment.

 

So far I saw that Play Condo is the only building with such a thing in the Nimman area, unfortunately all units are already rented out.

I saw similar rooms in Astra and Starhill condominium but they are too far for scooterless farangs like us ; (

 

anyone heard about a condo building with such an office / library / "sky lounge" / meeting room that could be used freely? Thanks!

Maya has a co-working space next to the cinema not quiet though.
Have you considered a 1 bedroom apt and use the bedroom desk as the office space.
Apartments have lobbies in reception that can be used but again if easily distracted these won't be ideal.

Thanks Nick, we work in odd hours and would just love to have an extra 'office' room like this in the building.

Do you know if any other condos in the Nimman area have sth like this?

Is Astra really that far out?  I know several people who live there and don't have their own transportation.  Many song thaews and tuk-tuks on Chang Klan Road, plus the Uber drivers know the place.  And you can go and hang out in the beautiful Shangri La lobby.  It's really a very nice location and beautiful condo building.  The recent upgrade of Pantip Plaza and opening of more restaurants in that area of Chang Klan has made that part of town a better place to live.
