I can't understand this it looks like a question. I see that it has been redirected here because Thai language is unacceptable apart from this forum.
We can try to unravel the syntax if you are interested.
ใช้วีซา use visa, วีซาใช้ visa used . If the noun can't fulfil the role of subject of a sentence it must be the object, I think it can work.
เดินทางไปต่างประเทศ travel different country/ies.
Guessing the various equivalent words I seem to get:
How give visa, visa we carry not have problem in travelling go other countries can, in a way smoothly (conveniently?) and not have problem objection Facebook.

I can't see how a visa will help you with Facebook, why not write it in English?
