I'm in outside Thailand, so how can I subscribe TOT IPTV? I dont have TOT Prepaid Card  I only have VISA Debit Card and Paypal account.

Have you seen what channels they offer ?,very few English channels,

if it's just Thai channels you want,better to buy a box and put an airel

up,then channels are free. boxes about 1000 +- THB
