February 1, 20188 yr I have been trying to find a Digital Video Recorder. My old Phillips 3590 has given up. I like the ability to pause/play/fast forward live tv. I bought a new LG Smart TV hoping to solve the problem, but no luck with that. There is certain web content (legal, I assume) that I like to pause/fast forward/rewind,,,, etc. Anybody know where I can find a DVR ??

The ones I find on Ebay, Lazada, and other online shop is that the input is IR.......... or camera,,,,,,,,,, for security purposes. Thank you for your suggestions ! ! !
