Ladkrabang VS. Noise

Featured Replies

Hi,

What is it like to rent a house in Ladkrabang?

Isn't it very noisy because of the nearby airport?

Any idea of the cost of rent?

Tx,

Peter

We nearly rented a shop house there

14000 p/m. My Mrs family live in lad krabang or samut prakan I forget which one I'm fairly sure they are next to each other. Kind of Industrial area loads of factories and if you read the news on here or elsewhere there is a fair bit of crime in that area which gets coverage. When factories Finnish it gets very busy wirh pedestrians.

You should ask more specific questions, like this it doesn't make much sense: If you live near to the airport it's probably noisy, if you live a bit away from it it should be ok. Cost for a house is about 1000 - 100000THB per month

Apart from on Rom Klao and early King Keao you should be fine

Near Paseo Mall - no or very little noise.

Any accomodation near the flight paths to the 2 airport runways are intermitantly noisy thats near Lad Krabang train station and a little east of the police station. Close to Lat Krabang road can be when the boy racers want to annoy. But away from those areas should be OK.

I have a small apartment there 5000 per month.

I trust this will assist.

Cheers.

I think the question you should have asked is "How is the smell?" There is some really smelly factories over there. Chemicals spewing in the air. The locals dont seem to care, there use to it by now.
