I've found some good places on Thai language websites. K Residence looks good for 4,000 Baht as I need somewhere with internet in the room and ready to go. Has anyone had any experience with K Residence?

before you check in .

check the water . ( some places use .. recycle water . and no matter how you shower you will still smell .)

check the electrcial bill per unit . some condo charge kilelr rate for electrcial bill. as high as 8-10 bath per unit .

my average unit when i stay alone is about 200 unit .

look for those that charge about 4-6 baht per unit . would save you some money as the weather getting hotter soon in arpil and you might wanna use aircon .

Hi,

We got a four room townhouse that we rent out with the large room becoming available on 7/2/07. The room is about 66sqm, has a large balcony, fully furnished, q/s bed, tv, fridge, bath, direct telephone, ADSL internet. Nice quiet location at Santitum area. 5,000 per month plus water and electricity and internet (approx 1200 per month) You are welcome to PM me for more info.......
