How easy is it to cut a hole in an internal concrete wall?

We are considering a new rental contract.

We maybe want to ask the landlord to cut a square sized hole in the wall similar to the attached photos of the shop next door

The photo with my sunnies depicts the width of the said wall

How feasible is this task and how would they do it.

If it is just a lightweight brick/concrete wall and not load bearing, the cutting would be straight forward probably just using an angle grinder. A lintel beam would need to be fitted across the top of the hole to support the wall above the hole.

How?  Most likely drill or angle grinder and then punch it out.  But, if the hole is not then structurally filled with something, it will need lintel as a retrofit.
