They are very good at not catching the people they don't want to catch.

The Kingdoms leadership are the Masters of the Universe at not catching only out done, in one other area, their incompetence to deal with the road trauma.

If you go to the Interpol page and just enter the search term "Thailand" you will find 14 Thai nationals listed. Most of them look like muslims. None of them are Ferrari driving billionaire cop killers. So he's not wanted by Interpol.

And then wait for the Computer Crime Suppression team to knock on your door if you live in Thailand!

Cognizance of the unique Defamation laws might be advisable before making such advice.

Stating facts about a criminal case on a Youtube video relates to such crimes? I guess it is iffy with what can or cannot be said these days, shame

Among many other anomalies, has the Red Bull guy actually been charged with any crime?

Yes, he was charged with three offences:

1. Exceeding the speed limit.

2. Fleeing the scene of an accident.

3. Reckless driving causing death.

The statute of limitations on the speeding charge expired in September 2013, and that on the fleeing the scene of an accident expired in September 2017.

If not arrested, the statute of limitations on the 'causing death by reckless driving' charge will expire in 2027.

This is stupid, if he is still wanted then why has his page disappeared off the site?

And surely to get it back and viewable again shouldn't be difficult at all.

Their arrogance, indifference and general ability to spin a believeable lie are all shocking ?

shouldn't that say to spin an unbelievable lie

That's the spirit....

Ever considered starting a political party?

Actually you are making a very good point......Most of us would probably do the same, if we only could...:coffee1:

I have no doubt we would all do exactly the same if we were in his shoes. Who wants to go to jail if they can easily avoid it? Only a fool.

Unfortunately yes (statute of limitations). IMHO there should be no statute of limitations, in any country,  insofar as "death" is concerned.

Oint taken, but that doesn't mean the authorities should back off.

Perhaps the RTP should change tack and invite him to an all-expenses-paid p__s up on a luxury yacht in the Mediterranean - funded by the contents of the brown envelopes.

After all, it's about all he does with his sorry life, and when all is said and done, a party's a party.

Compare to Singapore, the best brains in Singapore all capable of big picture innovation and higher level management and leadership are the people leading the government ministries. The difference in results is as obvious as a broken leg.

Well... in that comparison quite a number of western governments also do not look as well.

eg.

Germany

and the EU (a.k.a of last retreat for failed national politicians) come to mind.

You claim without a single scrap of evidence that he has been removed from the Interpol website.  This really isn't difficult to understand, only a fraction of notices appear to the public, the majority are only viewable to officials, are you an official with access to the notices?  I'm guesssing, no!

Well I claim that the fugitive will never be brought to justice and we all know why , care to dispute that ?
