Top official's son among arrests at Jomtien hotel drugs party

Chonburi provincial police arrested 15 men and women at a hotel drugs party in Jomtien on Saturday.

 

All those present tested positive for illegal drugs.

 

Ketamine in liquid and powder form and Ecstasy were found in a large quantity, said Sanook.

 

The group were dancing to loud music in room 307 on the third floor of the hotel that was not named.

 

Among those arrested was a 29 year old man named as Naris who is the son of a leading deputy official in Chaiyaphum.

 

He was personally found in possession of Ecstasy said the police.

 

All are being prosecuted for drug possession and drug use.

Think the harm was done to the other hotel guests who were bothered by the loud music.

 

I dont mind them taking drugs, but why not just do it at home where you bother nobody?

There will be no court case; no follow-up; just an exchange of brown paper.  Surprised the Plod even bothered to do a raid unless they had prior knowledge.

Especially Naris because he knows what he doing is illegal and stupid but we are in Thailand so he are the only one there not go jail
