In view of the specialised nature of this cream I would suggest that you go to one of the hospitals with dermatological specialists such as Ram. You could also try one of the more competent pharmacies such as the one almost opposite McCormick rather than a chain pharmacy.

The large(ish)  pharmacy (the one open on both ends) next to the food court in the basement of Kad Suan Kaew has it.
