Of course there are many Cambodians about everywhere but they are unskilled workers hardly mastering their own language.

 

If you are willing to pay, then there is always the option to exchange source and translation electronically. Could also be sending photocopies by postal mail.

Send it in, get a price, pay and receive translation per email or otherwise.

I did some search for a local source in CM to no avail.
