They are raking in a fortune taking money off all the places that are licenced, they have a nice list to work off.

Heavy fine really why dont use heavy fines where they are warranted, start with traffic violations and go from there.

Well if Thai authorities keep pushing foreigners to the extend then soon they;ll all flock to India, Cambodia and other countries where they can enjoy having sex with the locals. Thailand will end up losing lots of tourists $$$!
