Just google "track shipments" and you'll find several universal shipment tracking sites that do a good job of tracking shipments internationally.  I use them all the time to track Thai EMS shipments, where Thai post goes dark as soon as the letter/package hits foreign customs.  Not every site works for every shipment, but there are several sites and you'll find one that works, even to listing who signed for the shipment at the destination.
