I'm just checking to see if it's still possible to get a re-entry permit at Swampy, what Immigration hours are and to find out where the desk/office is these days, last time I used it was next to the heavy luggage check-in - anyone have up to date info on this?

Since December of 2016 it has been located after security in immigration zone 2.
