Big dehumidifier?

Needing to reduce the humidity in my workshop, but probably not needing AC I'm thinking about something like this 

As they are expensive I was wondering if anyone is using something similar and has any comments, the space is about 80sq metres or 32 cubic metres so needs to be industrial, I can feed the extracted water down a drain of will not need to empty it.
