I don’t know where you live but I’ve never had any experiences here with people using or selling. I’m very aware of the topic and the situation in general but it never has crossed my path here.

If you don’t want it to then you probably need to move to a better quality building.

My building is full of Japanese men who play golf.

Kids / grandma / anybody selling drugs is everywhere in the world, unfortunately part of life.
