I love the vast majority of Thai food but that pile of grotty blanched bones with green chilies looks about as appetizing as a washed up flip-flop.

I dunno about this guy. I seen his videos before. His content is interesting and he also presents things quite well but his constant smiling seems so unnatural. Nobody smiles while they are talking for a full 17 minutes. Unless maybe they won the lottery or something
