You're jumping to conclusions.  The man completely denies the accusations.  He may simply have been baselessly accused by someone with a grudge against him.  It happens often, particularly with men working with young people.

 

Apparently the "child pornography" which he is accused of possessing is the sort of pictures one might see in an old copy of National Geographic.

 

It's too early to say what has actually happened.
