BKK Air- Samui Residents card

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to book Bangkok Airways flights online using the Samui Residents card please?

 

Or does one have to go to one of their offices and book in person?  I am trying to book a flight, but cannot see any options anywhere on their website to use the card.

Via telephone is also possible.

If you give them the bonus flyer number first on every booking they ask you to confirm name but have all the info in front of them. Never have to go through correct spelling and they see if you have resident card.

I asked the same question from the lady in the upstairs office at Bangkok Airways.

 

Her answer was that you can book your discounted ticket at any Bangkok Airways ticket office as well as over the telephone.
